Welcome to Fudge & Frost ©. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your order.

Orders & Payments

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
Payment for online orders must be made in full at checkout.
Custom orders placed via email, text message, or social media require a 50% non-refundable deposit upon confirmation of the order.
The remaining balance for custom orders must be paid no later than 48 hours before pickup or delivery.
Orders will not be confirmed until payment arrangements have been agreed upon.
Fudge & Frost © reserves the right to cancel orders where payment has not been received by the required timeframe.

Custom Products

All products are handmade and custom-created based on the information provided by the customer.

While we do our best to match requested colours, themes, and inspiration photos, exact replicas cannot be guaranteed due to the handmade nature of our products.

Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Quotes provided by Fudge & Frost © are valid for 14 days from the date issued, regardless of any ingredient or supply cost changes during that period.

If an order has not been confirmed, or a required deposit has not been received within 14 days, the quoted price may be revised or changed.

Final pricing may vary depending on design complexity, sizing, custom additions, delivery requirements, and special requests.

Cancellations & Refunds

Please refer to our Refund Policy for full information regarding cancellations, refunds, and order changes.

Orders cancelled within 72 hours of pickup or delivery are generally non-refundable.

Pickup, Delivery & Courier Shipping

Fudge & Frost © offers pickup, local delivery, and selected courier shipping within New Zealand.

Certain non-perishable items may be available for courier shipping nationwide across New Zealand.
Cakes and cupcakes are currently only available within Tauranga and on arrangement in Auckland (please contact us).
Delivery to surrounding areas may be possible upon request and may incur additional travel or delivery charges.
Courier availability depends on the product type and destination.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
Customers are responsible for checking their order upon collection or delivery.
Once an order has been collected, delivered, or handed to a courier service, responsibility transfers to the customer.
Fudge & Frost © is not responsible for damage caused during transport, handling, storage, weather conditions, courier delays, or events outside of our control, although we will do our best to assist where possible.

Customers are responsible for transporting products safely and following any storage instructions provided.

Allergies & Dietary Information

Our kitchen handles common allergens including gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts, and soy.

Although we take care when preparing orders, we cannot guarantee that products are completely allergen-free.

Customers are responsible for informing us of any allergies or dietary requirements when placing an order.

Product Storage & Consumption

Our products are made fresh and are best enjoyed within the recommended timeframes.

Fudge & Frost © is not responsible for product quality issues caused by improper storage, exposure to heat, refrigeration conditions, or delayed consumption after pickup, delivery, or courier arrival.

Intellectual Property

All images, branding, logos, designs, and content on our website and social media platforms remain the property of Fudge & Frost © unless otherwise stated.

Customers may not reproduce, copy, or use our branding or designs without permission.

Photography

We reserve the right to photograph our products for promotional, social media, website, and portfolio purposes unless otherwise requested by the customer prior to collection, delivery, or dispatch.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fudge & Frost © shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or consumption of our products.
